“ Was in the area and I heard a few mixed reviews of this place so I decided to check them out. Even though there are a couple tables and chairs, I would declare it strictly a takeout restaurant. I ended up trying the popular Nola fries with shrimp and even though they didn't have the beef cheesesteak egg rolls, I got the chicken instead. The egg rolls were money!. Very fresh and flavorful, like they were made to order. The Nola fries on the other hand, although overall they were good, left some room for improvement. The Alfredo sauce had no flavor as well as the fries and the shrimp was not as fresh as I would've liked. Also I might add that if going to make an order at the restaurant, be prepared to wait about 30-45 minutes for your food as possibly they are short staffed in the kitchen. While I was there, they were taking a bunch of orders for their pasta dishes, so if I'm ever in the area, I might stop by to try one of their pasta items. Overall pretty decent food from a teen-aged restaurant owner ”
“ Yelp Fam! Back with another review, and this time, I ventured into Morrow, GA. I tend to stick to familiar spots in OTP because I know I'll always get consistent service AND good food. But let me tell you, I stumbled upon a hidden gem for wings that's worth sharing. So, I had some business over in Morrow, GA, and before heading out that way, I did some research on TikTok to find the perfect spot. I always rely on either Yelp or TikTok for my recommendations. After weighing my options, I was craving wings, and I stumbled upon a place called "Da Fry Guy." The reviews were GOOD, and the prices were even better - wings for $0.75 each! Now, let's talk wing standards. Everyone thinks their wings are the best, but we all have different tastes. Personally, I'm not a fan of jumbo wings; I prefer party-sized wings packed with flavor. Bland wings just don't cut it for me! Upon arrival, there was a line, but it moved swiftly. It seemed like many were trying this place for the first time, just like me. Now, onto the wings! Ya'll know me I start with the basics. I went with the classic flavor: 10 Lemon Pepper Wet. And let me tell you, $8.10 for 10 wings was a steal! A win is a win, and these wings were absolutely worth it. Shoutout to guy, who assisted me on my first visit. The wings were delicious, and even though I had to drive over 35 minutes to get there, it was gas money well spent. I plan to go again! Da Fry Guy definitely deserves a spot on your list for quality, reasonably priced wings. Trust me; it's worth the journey! ”
“ Funny story. Was looking for something quick (not fast food) and I passed by Da Fry Guy. I was happy to try a new restaurant. Walked in to a new establishment that had good service. I ordered the ATL fries (should've grabbed some of the $0.25 wings). My individual meal was definitely enough for 2. The chicken and shrimp I ordered in the ATL fries was fried right. It was the perfect timing. FYI, the fries could've used some additional seasoning. ”
“ A friend of mine found this spot on instagram, and a I'm so glad we came to try it. The customer service was great. Tia did a great job of serving us and sharing her personal favorites to help us decide. The atmosphere it self was a vibe with the great musical selection and pictures of celebrities. I personally had the egg rolls and a strawberry mango lemonade I believe it was. For the cost and size I'm ready to pay it all again because these chicken Philly egg rolls literally tasted like a Philly with the American cheese on the inside and the honey garlic sauce stole the show for me! My boy go the Honey Please fries and the food is worthy of its name HONEYYYYYY! The parmesan and Honey Garlic Sauce is something serious. I will repeat for the food portion size and cost you should be at the restaurant by the time you finish reading this review. And I will say my wait time was about 15 minutes as stated by Tia so head that way because South Side has another gem to make me stay. ”
